How to Create a Highlight Cover on Instagram:

Go to your Instagram profile and select the Highlight cover you wish to change.
In the bottom right corner of your screen, tap "More".
Select "Edit Highlight", and then choose "Edit Cover".
Browse through the photos in your Highlight and select the one you want as the cover.
Tap "Done".
